What should you expect from your Realtor?

    The market behaves very differently according to price range and/or neighbourhood.  For example, is it a Buyers Market, Sellers Market or a Balanced Market where you’re looking? We’ll provide you with data and advice so that you are prepared for the level of competition and the seller’s expectations.

  • Negotiating Skills
    You have found the ‘right’ home and now you want to buy it at the best possible price.  Negotiating is like any other skill, the more you do it the better you get.  Our volume of work and our experience are definitely to your advantage.

  • Knowledge of Housing Construction
    What’s knob-and-tube wiring?  What is the performance level of different types of foundations?  What are the signs of water penetration?  How are new home builders different from one another?  All are important questions that need to be addressed. When viewing homes, we’ll be educating you on many of these issues. We want all of our clients to make an informed decision before they make an offer, so that you will arrive at your home inspection conversant and focused.

    We coordinate with the other parties involved in the buying process.  Whether you need a lender, a home inspector, a lawyer or a moving company, we have a list of professionals who have already done an excellent job for our clients.

    First and foremost, we protect your interests. We guide you through the method of preparing an offer, and the conditions such as the home inspection and obtaining financing. We’ll explain the offer procedure and presentation to the seller and we’ll keep you involved and informed throughout the offer process. We liaise with all parties to the buying process, including the lawyer. We follow-up and follow through.
