Most importantly, they take care of the ancillary tasks that we want to ensure don’t become a distraction to Patrick, Susan, Rob and Marty as they work on behalf of our clients.

As the MORRIS Home Team’s Operations Manager,
Nadia oversees all of the daily office operations. It’s her primary goal to ensure that each client receives the highest level of personal and professional service possible. All sale transactions and resulting details that follow are in her capable hands. In addition, Nadia collaborates with all of the MORRIS Home Team marketing partnerships. |

Listing Co-ordinator, Licensed Assistant

When you hire the MORRIS Home Team to sell your home, you’ll be introduced to Lori, our Listing Co-ordinator and licensed in-house assistant. You’ll meet her as she photographs, measures and takes notes of the selling features of your home in order to put together a top quality feature sheet. Lori will launch the listing details on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and the popular Morris Home Team website. She’ll also ensure your property’s advertisements receive maximum exposure. |

Natasha’s focus is to provide exceptional client care. She obtains timely feedback from agents who show your home, and forwards regular status reports that detail the findings. Additionally, Natasha fulfills requests from clients and outside agents, tracks online website visits to your property, and prepares market statistics reports. |
